The new training season is under way at the Castletownbere Rowing Club. We're starting the season off with an entry into  the 'Ocean to City' race - 'An Rás Mór', This is Cork's unique and exciting rowing race covering 15 nautical miles through Cork Harbour from Crosshaven to Lapps Quay, Cork.
Best of luck to the crew! Coxswains John O' Shea, Dan O' Sullivan and Mairead O'Shea can be seen nightly around the Castletownbere harbour tirelessly training all the crews.

Training is on every night from 8pm at the Castletownbere Rowing Club clubhouse on Dinish Island. New members welcome.
